In the beginning I was a 206lb "flabalicious" fat guy rapidly approaching the big 3-0. So, how am I doing? Today, about seven months in, I weighed 166.6lbs. Over the holidays I went back up to 178 lbs, but now I am working on reaching my goal of 159 lbs, 7% body fat, and a Ninja Warrior ready body.

20 years ago I was thin enough (180 at 6′) but had an almost entirely sedentary life from Monday – Friday, except for a daily 1 hour walk. On the weekends I did yard work and DIY’s so I got some exercise.
I ended up getting the weight lifting bug and started lifting.
Your achievements are pretty impressive. Your advice has been right on. You have every reason to take pride in your accomplishment. Good job.
I like the ticker I just wish I could just have it on a seperate page instead of on the side of every page. I am thinking of having a companion blog on Blogger to load stuff like this. Keep transforming.
