  6. I found some magical pixie dust. I sprinkled it on a leprechaun I previously caught by digging a really deep hole and pouring in lucky charms. Then I took the leprechaun to Stonehenge on an equinox and let it ride a unicorn for three laps around the stones. At that point a wandering gypsy’s caravan pulled up and she offered to grant me three wishes. After wishing for 1,000,000 more wishes I wished to lose weight each day with almost no work or lifestyle changes. That is my secret. Don’t tell anyone.

    Just kidding, the real way I lost the weight was lots of exercise and some (but not a lot) cardio.

    I lost 47 Kgs, over 3 years. However, during the past 5 months, I have gained 10 :-(. Poor eating habits… But I have gotten back to the old track of eating right.

    Stopping yourself from overeating is harder than it sounds. It is all too easy to eat more than you intended to. Some good tips to help solve this problem are to eat and leave the dinner table.
