Most of the day was spent recovering from yesterday’s workout. My back feels considerably better, but it still hurts a bit when I twist. Despite the pain I got in an interval training session and a grip strength training session. I had all protein shakes today with the exception of a pre-run snack of 100% whole wheat toast with organic blueberry jam and a dinner of low fat bacon, one egg, and a low calories (60 calorie) pita. All-in-all, it was a good day. Now tomorrow, that is the day that worries me.
