Reporting from the Front…

It is no secret, this routine is kicking my butt!  Although, I must admit I am a bit of a glutton for punishment.  A perfect example, I recently switched from doing overhead shrugs with the barbell to dumbbell over the head shrugs.  Wow, what a difference.  I never expected it to be that much more difficult, but it was worth it. 

My sets and reps numbers still aren’t worth comparing since I am just now settling into the rhythm of the different exercises (41x, 91x, etc.), so my earlier workouts with faster negatives don’t make for good comparisons with my more recent workouts- there are fewer sets in the latter thanks to slower negatives.

I will try to do better and post each day.  Stay tuned for more.

    I particularly thought the “see saw” and the “ball” pull-ups were cool. Some good ideas for awesome grip strength at the same time.

    Are you still in for the Ab Challenge? Will you be posting some kind of before and after (pictures, measurements, weight, etc.)? Glad to hear the Ninja Warrior workout is kicking your butt (in a good way).
