It is no secret, this routine is kicking my butt! Although, I must admit I am a bit of a glutton for punishment. A perfect example, I recently switched from doing overhead shrugs with the barbell to dumbbell over the head shrugs. Wow, what a difference. I never expected it to be that much more difficult, but it was worth it.
My sets and reps numbers still aren’t worth comparing since I am just now settling into the rhythm of the different exercises (41x, 91x, etc.), so my earlier workouts with faster negatives don’t make for good comparisons with my more recent workouts- there are fewer sets in the latter thanks to slower negatives.
