I was dumping the compost bin outside the other day when an idea struck me.  Nope, it wasn’t a great opening sentence for my novel.  Nope, it wasn’t a replacement for oil that is both cheap and clean.  Instead, I thought to myself, “wouldn’t it be neat if I could do a split!?”  Of course I am forced to admit that at no point in my life have I ever been able to perform a split of any kind.  So what was I to do? Why not venture by WikiHow and see if anyone has offered some helpful advice.

BTW, have I mentioned that my dancing skills are a combination of the above technique and this

Digression over.

So what did I find over at WikiHow.  Well I found some interesting stuff and a pretty interesting routine to work up to a full split.  However, I also found almost half a dozen near worthless selections- some might even be considered dangerous since they would likely lead to injury.

Here is the best WikiHow article on doing a full split.

HI !!!! Things are good – thanks so much for stopping by. I have about 5 blogs now that I”m juggling, and in the middle of moving one that I coauthor with my best friend from free wordpress to it’s own domain (will take a couple months to get it all set up and posts moved etc). And I do a lot of blog browsing now with Entrecard.

Nice to pop in one of my favorite blogs and hear from one of my favorite bloggers!
