So what’s in the schedule for tomorrow?

Physical Fitness:  A.M./P.M. cardio split.  A.M. cardio will involve rotations- 5 minutes of sprints, 5 minutes of jump rope, 5 minutes of sprints, 5 minutes of jump rope.  The P.M. cardio session will include interval running (90 seconds walking, 30 seconds run)- yeah, I know, but I am way out of practice when it comes to running.

Mental Fitness: Truss, Shoot, Eats, & Leaves, The Tractable Apostrophe: 35-67.

Strunk & White, The Elements of Style, Elementary Rules of Usage: 1-30.

Good, A Grammar Book for You and I…oops, Me!, Your Word Bag: The Eight Parts of Speech: 1-30.

    I am taking a course on inro to the computer at the Carmel Foundation, This way I can wise myself up start using my computer the way it should be used.
    I used it for a long time with out really knowing what I was doing.
