Day 1 Activities
Weight: 180.6lbs. Up dramatically since I took my daughter to see WALL-E the other day and ate some Wal-mart popcorn we smuggled in and then the in-laws took us out to dinner at Applebees. I expect it to drop significantly in the next two or three days.
Chores: 40 minutes lawn mowing (me pushing)
Sprints- roughly 45 meters each for 5 minutes (about 7 sprints)
Prone Shoulder Twists- 12/12 reps each (one with bent arm and one with straight arm.
Sumo Squats- 55lbs x 10 reps
Chin-ups- 5 reps
Steady Plank w/ Arm Extension- 8 reps each
Deadlift w/ shrug- 55lbs x 12 reps
Bench Press- 55lbs each x 15 reps
Prone Overhead Extension- 55lbs x 10 reps
Tricep Bench Dips- 15 reps
Dumbbell Side Raise- 20lbs x 10 reps
Leg Raise- 12 reps
