I haven’t seen the last two videos, because for some reason my computer is R-E-A-L-L-Y slow. We use variations of some of the exercises in our Kung fu school.

The jump-back push-up thing, for instance. We call them “killers”…but we have the added twist that when you jump your feet back forward, you stand up and do a double-jump-front kick. After twenty reps of THAT, you definately feel something.

  2. Make sure you see them, they are excellent! Also they are quite advanced routines that will challenge almost anyone.

I’m already a huge fan of the prisoner squat, but a lot of these are new to me. I especially dig the playground workout and think I’ll be giving it a try next week. Thanks!

  4. No problem RSC. Have you ever tried star jump squats?
