Fitness Journal Entry: 3/27/08

Only one thing of much importance happened today…

Run (12:30 – 1:20 p.m.)

Time: 50 minutes (5 min. warm up walk/7 minute run/2 minute walk/6 1/2 minute run/5 minute walk/5 minute run/20 minute walk)…

Difficulty: It felt like 90% of the blood in my body was pumping through my calves! An 8 out of 10, but mostly because my cardiovascular conditioning is so bad.

  1. Cardio can take a lot out of you, especially for 50min.

    The only better cardio exercise is swimming.
