Lots of monkeying around…

Wake Up (4:00 a.m.)

Only two more years of this…Geesh!

Breakfast (4:10 a.m.)

Snickers Protein Bar, Red Grapes, Creatine Powder.

Workout (6:10 a.m. – 6:40 p.m.)

  1. Squats- 50lbs x 25/0lbs x 25 reps
  2. Side Cable Ext.- 40lbs x 12 Each Side
  3. Cross Body Arm Twists- 40lbs x 15 Each Side
  4. Pulldowns- 190lbs x 10
  5. Leg Ext.- 110lbs x 15
  6. Leg Curl- 90lbs x 15
  7. Dips- 15
  8. Push-up with twist- 8 each side
  9. Pull-ups- 7
  10. Reverse Extension- 25lbs x 10
  11. Dumbbell Bicep Curl- 35lbs each x 9 reps each
  12. Tricep Pushdown- 75lbs x 15
  13. Hammer Curls- 30lbs x 7 reps each

Post Workout Snack (7:20 a.m.)

Myoplex Protein drink and organic raisins…

Snack (10:20 a.m.)

Beef jerky with pistachios…

Lunch (1:10 p.m.)

Chic-fil-a bacon club sandwich with NO cheese and NO special sauce, but with lettuce, tomato, and extra pickles…

Snack (3:50 p.m.)

Apple with a Kashi flax seed bar…

Walk the Dog (4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Darn dog insists on pooping at the exact midpoint of the walk.  Thus I have to carry his poop for the longest possible distance.  He must know what he is doing!

Play at the Park (5:10 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.)

My daughter insisted on visiting the park, so right after walking the dog we headed over to the park. We ran into some friends over there, and I ended up running all over the playground until the kids were tired of chasing me.  HA!

I also ran into some “emo” kids.  What is up with that whole thing?

Dinner (6:45 p.m.)

Blimpie’s BLT on ciabatta bread with double meat and extra lettuce, tomato, green peppers, onions, and olives.
