Just another morning of driving over an hour and forty five minutes, listening to Dennis Prager’s radio show on my I-pod, and wishing I wasn’t stuck with such a long commute.

Ham sandwich on 100% whole wheat bread, grapes, and creatine mixed with water.

- Smith Machine Squats: 400lbs x 6
- Chin-ups: 6
- Leg Raise: 15
- Bench Press: 250lbs x 3
- Hyper-extensions: 15
- Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 50lbs x 12
- Alt. Side Crunch: 12 each
- Overhead Press: 45lbs x 12
Run (6:45 a.m. – 7:10 a.m.)
- Total Time: 23 minutes (2 min. warm-up/19 min. run/2 min. cool down).
- Distance: 1.87 miles
- Calories Burned: 252

Sorry to hear about the long commute. I thought my one hour each way commute was bad. I am very, very thankful for Podcasts and the Bible on mp3’s.

Yeah, I just wish Ravi Zacharias put out more than one sermon per week, and moreover, I wish said sermons were longer than 35-45 minutes.
