It was a great day out with the family ;-).  65 degrees, sunny all day, and a very energetic daughter to chase around the playground.

Breakfast (8 a.m.)

Smoothie (1/2 cup 2% milk; 1/2 cup low calorie yogurt with active cultures; 1/4 cup each of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries; 1/2 one banana; creatine powder). Tons of vitamins, lots of protein, some healthy natural carbohydrates from fresh (well frozen) fruit, and all kinds of other good stuff.

Park (9:10 a.m. – 10:50 a.m.)

Drank lots of water and was in motion 90% of the time either hanging from, climbing on, or swinging across all sort of metal bars. There was also lots of running up steps, climbing up and sliding down slides, climbing up metal poles, and of course chasing after and being chased by my daughter. I also threw in some chin-ups, push-ups, and agility exercises.

Lunch (12:30 a.m.)

Grilled chicken club sandwich with only tomatoes and lettuce, small fries, and water.

[Unhealthy] Snack (1:00 p.m.)

Oreo cookie ice cream sandwich (only 200 calories, so not too bad- my treat for the day).

Trip to B.J.’s (1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.)

Bought more than we needed.  Reloaded on Myoplex protein drinks- cheaper there than anywhere else ($24.99 for a box of 12; compare at $49.99 at E.A.S.’s website).   Spent about an hour and a half walking around with my 40-something pound daughter on my shoulders- exercise at its best.

Random Exercise Break (4:45 p.m.)

I hit the deck (my driveway) and did 2 sets of push-ups [45, 40 reps respectively].  My daughter also did some push-ups.

Mowing Lawn (5:00 p.m. – 5:45 p.m.)

Dinner (6:00 p.m.)

London Broil with broccoli and mixed veggies (asparagus, carrots, and cauliflower).

Notes on the day: Since we were on the road from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. (something I didn’t plan on), I wasn’t able to eat six or seven times during the day. I probably fell within a good calories window for the day, but this day definitely wasn’t representative of the things I usually eat and the times I usually eat them.
