Today’s Workout…

28 minutes of intervals on the treadmill

-Intervals ranging from 3.7 mph jog to 7.5 mph      run

235 calories burned

2.1 miles of running

Jump Rope –> March –> Grape Vines –> March –>

Mountain Climbers –> March –> Sprints –> DONE!

I felt and still do feel great. I love working out at 6 a.m.

    I got tired just reading that!

    I tried working out at 6:00 a.m. but just didn’t have the energy. I usually work out over the lunch hour.
