It is with a heavy heart I go off to push a Chevy Lumina in a school parking lot.  Alas, I am in the exact same place I was a week ago with regards to weight, body fat, and waist measurement.

I am betting these car pushing workouts will be just the stimulus my body needs to jump start some serious fitness gains.  Who knows?!  I don’t, but I can’t wait to find out.

    Hi – I guess everyone reaches a plateau at some point. You may find that you’ve lost more weight next week.

    Regular car troubles will help though – I know how exhausting it is having to push your car all the time.

  3. I definitely prefer pushing my car for the sake of fitness versus pushing my car out of necessity. HA!

    Lol, well not really. lol, I guess that sounded bad didn’t it!?? I have lost about 20 lbs since I last was on the blogging scene, but I need to lose about 20 more, ugh!
