Back to Business Tomorrow

Tomorrow it will be back to usual- well, sort of.  I will hold of on running intervals for a few more days and stick to resistance training.

I will probably do an abbreviated workout of six exercises

Squats

Chin-ups

Bench Press

Pull-down

Clean and Press

Shoulder Press

Here’s to hoping I am ready for it by tomorrow!
