Monday’s Workout- The Results…

Here are the results of Monday’s workout…

Leg press: 12 reps@ 270lbs

Squats: 10 reps@ 180lbs

Chin-ups: 6 [This really frustrated me]

Leg Lifts: 12

Push-ups: 45

Reverse Rows:15

Pull-down Rows: 10 reps@ 180lbs

Knee-ups: 12 reps

Bench Press: [No go on this. I will work it in on Wednesday]

Dips: 10 reps

Tricep Push-down: 7 reps @ 90 lbs

Bicep Curl: 9 reps @ 80 lbs

Side planks: 3 reps (each side) @ 20 seconds each.
