Last night’s workout went very well. I have changed my workouts around a bit so I can reach two news goals- 55 push-ups and 15 chin-ups (no rest in between).
I have been stuck at about 30 push-ups for a while now, and I am lucky when I can get in 5 good reps of chin-ups. I can still remember a time in my life (a decade ago) when I could drop and do 75 push-ups without getting tired. I was at my peak physical condition then, and I know I can get there again.
