168.8 and holding steady.  Although I had a function at church today and ate two delicious donuts with three pieces of Dominoes Pizza.  Well, I will have a really light dinner (salad) and hope for the best.

I also have a workout scheduled for tonight.

    When I was 50ish I weighed in at 212 (at a small boned 6’1/2″). My resting heart rate (HR) was in the high 80’s. One flight of stairs exhausted me.

    One year later I was 170 pounds and my resting HR was in the low 60’s, and I could bound up 6 flights of stairs. Today, about 18 years later, I am at 180. I can’t be as active as I used to be, but with treadmill workouts I have maintained a good level of fitness.

    I hope this is some encouagement.
