178.6 lbs!!!

I haven’t weighed this much since I was in undergrad- about seven years ago.  How awesome is this?!  I submit to you that this is very awesome!

Gotta run to work, I’ll share more later.  To all my readers, have a blessed day.

She’s actually quite mad that she can’t lose weight as fast as I can. While I have lost 28 lbs since Feb. she has only lost about 4 pounds. It has gotten to the point where she doesn’t want to hear about how well I am doing because it just upsets her.

I don’t know what to do. I have tried being supportive of her weight loss goals. I have tried telling her that I don’t care what she weighs. I don’t understand women.

  8. BTW, I am eating a rack of ribs to celebrate tonight! It is 600 calories of protein and brown sugar. I have eaten lightly throughout the day to make up for it.

  9. Enjoy that rack of ribs, it sounds good.

Tell your wife my wife has given up after doing really well, and I’m a personal trainer. The thing is, I won’t and I didn’t train her. Who knows!!!!!! I have no understanding either. Congratulations!

  10. Well, I can understand your wife!!! 🙂 My husband and I have been in that same position. We did a diet once and he lost 20 pounds and I lost no more than 5!! UGH! Men lose weight so much easier than women do – it’s just not fair! Tell your wife I feel her pain.

  11. It’s all proportional. It’s harder for smaller people to lose weight, and it’s hard to lose that last bit of weight.

Just tell her that she’s an absolute babe and that you fear losing her amidst a swarm of male attention unless you, yourself, are in good enough shape to intimidate the opposition.

Either that, or point her towards that Sexercise post of yours and offer to help her out. 😉

    Hi t,

Good job! While I haven’t lost as fast as you, I did have to tighten my belt another notch this week. It’s also good to know that your wife is also not so enthusiastic about your success, as I thought I was the only one in that boat 😉
