Well, today I found myself with a bit less energy than yesterday.  Needless to say, there will be no running tomorrow.  I ran for 17.5 minutes today (with a warm up and cool down of five minutes each).  The run was much easier, not so much because I slowed down, but because it felt like my body is finally catching up.  I found a real perfect rhythm and stuck with it.  Felt nice to get into a groove.

I did five push-ups today because of you!
