Never forget that you weight loss goals are attainable and realistic.  You will get there, just be prepared that it will take time and don’t get discouraged.  And if you do get discouraged, go for a run or lift some weights or pray- or do all three.  Whatever it takes to keep your mind moving and focused on you goals.
