Day Thirty-Two: My Plateau

Posted: March 11, 2007 in fitness, weight, Weight loss

Well today is another short entry as I don’t want to take up too much of my wife and daughter’s quality time with me  (they are both napping now, hence my bit of free time).  Nothing new to report.  Still hanging in around 191-192 lbs.  Here’s to hoping that this week will be a breakthrough weight loss week.

I hate it when my body decides to stay in a holding pattern, even with me working harder then ever! Urgh! Good luck this week! :-))

  2. Ashwini says:

  4. Congrats on coming this far. 🙂

If you have the time and inclination, read “My Big Fat Greek Diet” by Nick Yphantides.

  5. Two Witches says:

Hang in there. Plataeus are frustrating! But they don’t last forever even though it feels like they do. Lady Rose

Ahh I hated the Plateau, during my weight loss. It was always got me a little bummed. Well it’s better to maintain than to gain right.. LOL.. Stay focus.. Like I tell people you’re playing against the two toughtest opponentsl Your mind and your body. They will play tricks on you, so you have to outsmart them.. Completely do something uncoommon.. Shake things up a bit.

  7. Thanks for the comments Justin and Two.

I will be trying some new things. I am doing an integrated lifting/aerobic program this week.
