Day Eighteen- Sickness Continues

No energy, no strength, and lots of mucus.  Sorry.

I am praying for health and wellness, while I rest and recover.  If it is God’s will I will be up and about very soon.

    You have been sick for 18 days? Wow! I would start back to exercise slowly. Make sure you stay hydrated. Listen to your body. If you have a fever and body aches, skip the work out. If you just have a bit of a stuffy head left over, you can work out, but don’t expect to be able to push hard. Walking or using the elliptical trainer are good to start. Hope you feel better!

  2. Not sick for eighteen days- just sick for the last five or so. I was on day eighteen of my weight loss journey, which unfortunately got sidetracked by this whole sickness thing.
