Standard and Odd Weight Loss Tips

Here are some tips and links for weight-loss, common and uncommon.

First, some of my own personal strategies for motivation:

1) Watch any of those shows on the Discovery Health Channel that include in their title “world’s fattest,” “fat,” or anything where Richard Simmons hugs a bunch of overweight people. Not only are they entertaining, but they also provide motivation. Watch them and realize that could be you!

2) Look at your gut. That’s right, look at it. Is it too big. Well it’s about to get worse. Jump up and down three times at least. How much does it jiggle? Enough said.

3) Take pictures. Everyday, take the time to take pictures of yourself (front and back) and watch yourself change.
