Day Six

Almost a full week into this 12 week long experience and I am very happy with the results thus far.  The scale this morning claimed I weigh 201.4 (down from 206.3).  So this week will probably have a total weight loss of 5-7 pounds.   From there I know it gets much tougher, but I am ready for that.

Since I am still not 100% (and I am VERY out of shape) I am splitting my cardio into two ten minute sessions (morning and evening).   I would be walking/running, but the weather is miserable with off and on rain- not too mention cold weather.
