My First Day…

Not the best start, as I woke up with a sore throat and some bad aches. After the normal morning rituals I took a weight and waist measurement. I weighed in at 206lbs even and a 41 1/2 inch waist. I won’t meaure these again until two weeks from now (2/22/07)

Despite my sickness I still pushed through a shortened cardio workout* (1o minutes) and a good stretching routine.

*[It is unbearably cold outside so I purchased a cheap ($25) piece of cadio equipment at Wal-Mart the other day. A mini-stair stepper, one of those as seen on TV things. Not the most entertaining cardio device I’ve ever used, but it is easy to store and serves its purpose.]

So far my meals have been mostly on schedule. For the benefit of those interested I have provided below a list the meals I am using throughout this weightloss plan.


Breakfast: 3 eggs (whole), 2 cups of water, and a banana-blueberry yogurt smoothie

Snack: EAS protein shake, 2 cups water

Lunch: Boston Market frozen dinner (turkey medallions, mashed potatoes, green beans and carrots), a small serving of potato chips, 1 cup water

Snack: Light yogurt, 2 cups water

Dinner: Chicken over a green salad with part-skim mozzarella cheese, 1 cup water

Snack: Remaining smoothie, 1 cup water


Here’s to hoping this cold clears up by tomorrow! And also first pics will be posted tomorrow. Due to the return of Lost (FINALLY) last night I forgot to take them.
