Today’s Workout: High Intensity, Short Duration

Squats: 315lbs x 12 reps

Chin-ups: 10 reps

Bench Press: 200lbs x 7 reps

Clean & Press: 100 lbs x 8 reps

Pull-ups w/ towel: 8 reps

Push-up: 25 reps

Short and intense.  It doesn’t get any better!

  1. I need to get back to the treadmill. I don’t need to lose weight, but it’s good for the heart, muscles, etc. I used to be a faithful speed walker, 3 miles at a time. I’ve been lazy this summer.
