The "blame game" is not a fair game, is not moral, and is not productive. Shame is often worldly sorrow, where as true guilt given over to God brings salvation and thus freedom. Repentance is turning away from the action and toward God. Shame often causes us to make the same mistakes again. Good stuff. Esp. on a monday :)
